Melina Kanakaredes An American actress is known for her roles as Dr. Sydney Hansen in the NBC drama 'Providence" and as Dr. Lane Hunter in the Medical drama "The Resident. In addition, she is best-known for portraying the role of detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama 'CSI: NY" and Dr. Lane Hunter at the medical drama The Resident.' She also received recognition for her TV debut character on the CBS soap opera Guide Light as Eleni Cooper. Her notable film appearances include '15 Minutes' Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief", and "Snitch". The actress is said that she is working on the movie that will adapt Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. The film was created by Vlas Parlapanides and Charley Parlapanides.
